By purchasing from or engaging with Avenue M (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms:

Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion. Pricing, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not be processed or released until payment is received in full.

Condition of Items

Avenue M sells liquidated inventory. Items may be sold as new, like-new, or pre-owned and are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations, cosmetic imperfections, or normal wear may occur. Product photos and descriptions should be reviewed carefully prior to purchase.

Final Sale / Returns

All items sold by Avenue M are liquidated and final sale.
We do not offer returns or exchanges.

The only exception is damage that occurs during transit. Any shipping damage must be reported to info@avemteam.com within 3 days of delivery, along with photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion.

Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring access for delivery or pickup. Avenue M is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight companies, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenue M shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.

Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill orders or comply with legal obligations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
